Analysis
Reports β Audit Analysis is a ready-made dashboard over the company's audits and findings. It answers how well the audit programme is being carried out, what the audits are turning up, and how quickly it is being dealt with.
Who can open it, and what it countsβ
Anyone who may open Reports can open it. It counts every audit in the company β not only the ones you take part in β so it is meant for the people who follow the audit programme as a whole.
Because it is a report-designer dashboard, it can be copied and changed in the designer like any other report.
Filtersβ
The lists at the top narrow the charts below them: Program, Audit type and Audited unit for the audit charts, Program (findings) and Finding type for the finding charts.
The chartsβ
Carrying out the programme
- Programme realisation β per programme: planned audits, realised, overdue (the planned end has passed and the audit is neither completed nor published), realised late, cancelled, and unplanned.
- Realisation ratio β realised against planned, per programme. An audit counts as realised when its report is published, that is, when its closure is approved.
- Audits by type.
- Quarterly average score (%) β the average score of scored audits whose report is published, per quarter of publication.
- Audits β a list with code, name, audited unit, planned end, publication date and score.
What the audits turned up
- Findings by severity class β major nonconformity, minor nonconformity, observation / suggestion, other. The class comes from the finding type; see Finding types.
- Findings by finding type, by audited unit and by responsible unit.
How quickly it is dealt with
- Average closure time (days) β per severity class, from the audit's publication to the closing of the finding. A finding that opened no record is not counted.
- Overdue findings β per severity class, findings past their due date and not yet closed.
Repeat findings
A table of clause Γ audited unit showing how many different audits raised that clause at that unit. A cell showing 2 or more is a repeat.
